What is Kickboxing?
Full contact sport
(Utilizing both focus pads and gloves) combining Jab-kick
combinations. You will be learning proper MMA (Mixed Martial
Arts) techniques for knee strikes, round house kicks, snap
kicks, and controlled jabbing carried out with discipline
and skills required for martial arts.

Allow yourself to be a beginner by working at your own pace

What to Wear
Wear loose comfortable clothing that allows for you to move
easily in all directions and a cross trainer shoe that
allows for side to side movement. Bring lots of water for
breaks in between rounds. All equipment is provided. There
is a maximum of 10 people per class so reserve your spot
